As I found out years ago, although tonsil stones aren’t seriously harmful they do produce very embarrassing symptoms that may make someone depressed or scared to socialise with friends. Having bad breath is probably the single most embarrassing thing when talking to someone at close quarters, and this is also coincidentally the most notable symptom found in people suffering from tonsil stones. At that time, I felt incredibly insecure if I was to leave the house without some water, or some mints to cover up my bad breath. And it was then that I realised something needed to change and I needed to find the treatment for tonsil stones.

I tried every method I could find on the internet and in books. First i tried gargling with mouthwash and saltwater, although this helped a little bit, and made the tonsil stones in my throat a bit smaller. After a week of doing this, the tonsil stones were still there so I tried physically prying the tonsil stones off. This was pretty uncomfortable but it worked! For a few weeks at least, until they came back to haunt me. I could have pushed the new stone off again but I thought there must be a more permanent and less uncomfortable way to remove tonsil stones. I realised that the hardest task was not removing tonsil stones, but finding out how to prevent tonsil stones forever.

Eventually I stumbled upon this “Banish Tonsil Stones” guide. I saw some good reviews of this product and decided to give it a go. i followed the steps to the word and I was so surprised that it actually worked. After a few weeks of using this method, I found that my bad breath had subsided and the tonsil stones were pretty much all gone. Now, I’ve been three years without finding any new tonsil stones in throat, and my bad breath has definitely gone. Its not all amazing though, I had to make some sacrifices to my lifestyle to maintain the tonsil stones removal but looking back in hindsight, I think its definitely worth it.
